What is the process of order?

What is the minimum Order quantity?
As such, there is no minimum order quantity, if you are ready to bear the transport expenses at actual. But to get a better value to the price you pay, the minimum order quantity should be 50 cases. For a minimum order quantity of 150 cases with a lead time of one week, we can give you a better deal. Please discuss with our Area sales manager on 9849696034 for better deals.
How much lead time is required for delivery?
3 days of lead time is required to deliver the product at best price. In case of any emergency, lead time is 6-8 hours, but extra charges will be collected for emergency delivery.
Can we order our own customized labelled bottles?
You can order your own customised labelled bottles. In case of specially labelled bottles the lead time required is minimum 7 days. So please do act in advance to avoid disappointment. Please do call our Area sales manager for further discussion on 9849696034.
What is the payment process system?

Amount should be paid with the order placement. You can pay the amount by any one of the payment modes.

What is the lead time required for delivery?
In case of the first delivery as we have to create the customer record and has to get the customer into the supply chain process, The lead time required is 48 hours otherwise 24 hours is the maximum lead time.
What is the payment process system?

We will record all your transactions of deliveries for a month and at the end of the month, an invoice shall be generated. Generated Invoice will be sent to you through mail or post. You can pay the invoice amount by any one of the payment modes.

What is the process of ordering refills?

Normally, we will set a delivery schedule for every customer based on their requirements. We will inform the customer about their delivery schedules at the time of finalisation of the initial supply. Because of one or the other reason, if customer requires refills before the delivery schedule, customer has to call and inform the concerned Distribution point. Designated customer care executive at the concerned distribution point will note the details and follows it up for the delivery of the same within 24 hours.
